Description

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2,900 sq. ft. log home sleeps 10+ and comes with many amenities, and is a very comfortable place to stay in the Shuswap.

The log-home comes fully furnished throughout. There is an outstanding fully equipped kitchen overlooking the lawn and river with a view of the magnificent Enderby cliffs.

The bedrooms are all bright, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room to relax and for the fitness-conscious there is even a fitness room in the house.

There are 5 bedrooms in the log-home and offer the following sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom - King size bed
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 4 - Childrens Room

**All of the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning

The living room features satellite TV and sliding glass doors open directly onto a private deck fully equipped with garden furniture and gas barbeque.

Moreover, there is large fire-pit perfect for relaxing after a day on the boat or hiking.

Additionally, there is a large lawn with a badminton net and playground for kids.

Rates

The following rates are in Canadian dollars and in effect for the 2012.

January - May 25:
$180/day or $1250/week

May 26 - June 29:
$200/day or $1400/week

June 30 - September 7:
day n/a or $1900/week

September 8 - December 31:
$180/day or $1250/week

There is plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and trailers. We even offer boat, watercraft and snow-mobile winter or year-around storage at reasonable rates.

Payment Details*:
14 days after booking -
reservation hold = 50% of booking total.
day of arrival - remainder of booking total.

High Season Rates apply to 10 guests. Additional guests $20 per night per person.

$120 cleaning fee applies to each stay.

*We accept cash, traveller's cheques, bank draft or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
14 days after booking -
reservation hold minus a $100 handling fee.

30 days before arrival -
if re-rented for the dates you reserved, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation hold minus a $100 handling fee; otherwise, no refund will be processed.

Check-In Time:
4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-Out:
10:00AM on the day of departure.

Smoking:
Smoking is only allowed outside.
